You may have heard about the recent Zimbabwean triumph on Netflix, the global film streaming giant that currently has 182 million subscribers worldwide.

As of June 2020, the Zimbabwean made romantic comedy Cook Off has just made history as the first-ever Zimbabwean movie on Netflix.

When it comes to film making, what is apparent is that there is a wealth of Zim talent both on the ground and internationally, but how many of these people are actually visible? How easy is it to find the right personnel when trying to make a film, or even trying to find work as an actor or cameraman, or director, screenwriter and so on?

To help connect the film community and shorten the process of finding a match moving forwards, we have created the following facebook groups.
